These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with https://cocart.xyz website (the “Product”) operated by Sébastien Dumont. (“us”, “we”, or “our”).


Your access to and use of the Products and our Services we provide through or for CoCart.xyz is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use our service. By using this website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice.

If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access our service. We build CoCart and you’re more than welcome to use the plugin. All we ask, is that that you are respectful and do not use our website, or software, in an unlawful or harmful manner.


You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products. All products are property of “Sébastien Dumont”. They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.

All site content, including imagery and documentation that is published on cocart.xyz, is the property of “Sébastien Dumont”. Any replicated site content must be authorized in advance. Content from this site shall not be used or exploited for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of “Sébastien Dumont”.


Our website(s) may use cookies. By visiting our website(s) and agreeing to these terms of use, You consent to our use of cookies in accordance with the terms of our privacy policy.


Our Products and some parts of our Services are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis for the Subscription you purchase.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting us ahead of your renewal date. Refunds on renewals once payment has succeeded are non-refundable.

The renewal price will be the full plugin price as published at the time of initial purchase, exclusive of any discounts.

  • Grandfathered pricing: If you choose to cancel your subscription, and your renewal price is lower than the current listed price for your subscription (a “grandfathered” price), the lower renewal price will no longer be available to you.
  • If you choose to renew your subscription after it has been cancelled and your subscription has expired, you will be charged the current listed price for your subscription. We cannot apply older or grandfathered pricing to your new renewal purchase.

We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments. We will send you an email 2 weeks prior and a final reminder 7 days prior to your renewal date, and you may use this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.

  • If you choose to cancel your subscription your subscription will expire on the anniversary of the original purchase, and you will no longer receive updates and support for our Products.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide us with accurate and complete billing information including full name, email address and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize us to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, we will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

Fee Changes

Your subscription is binding to the subscription fee at the time of initial purchase. If and when you decide to upgrade or cancel your subscription, the original subscription fee will no longer be effective should the Subscriptions been modified since original purchase.

Sébastien Dumont, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscriptions so any Subscriptions that you have will always be the grandparent fee before any such changes have been made after.


We offer a 30-day refund policy for our Products purchased on CoCart.xyz. Because most issues can be worked out before a refund is necessary, refunds will only be considered on a case-by-case basis and only after we’ve worked with you to try and find a solution.

Due to the nature of our digital Products, we recognize that this policy can be abused, and reserve the right to refuse refunds if we determine the refund policy is being taken advantage of.

By purchasing our Products from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions. We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.

Transactional Emails

We may on occasion send you email notifications related to your subscription. These transactional emails may include notification of subscription changes, subscription expiration notices and other transactional emails related to your purchases.

Support Services

We provide our Support Services to our customers. By making a purchase you agree that we may use the email address used during the purchase of our Products or Services to invite you to our Slack channel which grants you access to CoCart’s Support Services.

Our Support Services is valid for the period purchased or subscribed to from the date of your purchase. See support policy for more details.


We take security seriously. We do not store your credit card or payment information on our site.

If your payment fails, not paid for or paid for on time (for example, if you contact your bank or credit card company to decline or reverse the charge of fees for our Products or Services), or we suspect a payment is fraudulent, we may immediately cancel or revoke your access to our Products and Services without notice to you.

Our Products and Services may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by CoCart.

We have no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or Services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or Services available on or through any such web sites or Services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or Services that you visit.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall CoCart be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials offered on this site. Even if CoCart or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.


Our products are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress. We do not guarantee they will function with all 3rd party plugins. We are not responsible for any plugin compatibility conflicts that may occur. It is our policy to support our products as best we can and we will provide support for 3rd party plugin conflicts at our discretion or as time allows. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of installing our products.


With the purchase of any of our Products, you are entitled to the usage of the downloadable item for yourself or any client work. CoCart reserves the right to change or remove (temporarily or permanently) this website, or any part of it, without notice and you confirm that CoCart shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal. CoCart also retains the rights to change these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.


Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms of use, if you breach these terms of use in any way, We may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to CoCart, prohibiting you from accessing out Products, removing and banning you from the Slack community, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing our websites, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to CoCart.


These terms are originally written in English (UK). We may translate these terms into other languages. In the event of a conflict between a translated version of these terms and the English version, the English version will control.


Sébastien Dumont reserves the right, at his sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this agreement. It is your responsibility to check this agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes to this agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
